Sending your artwork is simple. Just email us your logo or image along with the required details below.

Design Name.
Logo Size (in inches, centimeters, or millimeters). You may specify only the width or height, and the other dimension will be adjusted proportionally.
Number of Colors.
Fabric or Material Type.
Placement Location (Hat, Left Chest, Jacket Back, Sleeve, etc.).
Desired File Format (DST, PES, EMB, JEF, PXF,POF etc.).
Once we receive your details, we will review your artwork and provide a quote or begin processing your order promptly.
The most widely used embroidery format is DST (Tajima), and we highly recommend it because it is stable and compatible with most embroidery machines. In addition to DST, we can provide designs in a wide range of formats, including:

Our standard turnaround time for most embroidery digitizing orders is between 2 to 12 hours, depending on the complexity and size of the design. For urgent requests, we also offer same-day service

However, requests that involve changing the original artwork, adding new elements, or making significant design modifications may be subject to an additional charge. Our goal is to ensure that your design runs smoothly and meets your expectations.
We currently accept payments securely through PayPal. Once your order details are confirmed, we will provide you with our PayPal payment information or send you a payment request. PayPal offers a safe and convenient way to complete transactions from anywhere in the world.
We issue invoices once at the end of each month.
